Tucker Firefighters Help Out in New Movie
Local firefighters were asked to appear in a mystery thriller called 'Solace.'
A thriller currently filming all over Atlanta got a helping hand from several Tucker-based firefighters.
Desmond Dixon, Maurice Gates, Patrick Holcomb and Eric Thompson were hired for scenes in 'Solace,' according to the AJC. The film, starring Colin Farrell, Abbie Cornish, and Anthony Hopkins, is about a psychic doctor who collaborates with the FBI to find a serial killer. It will be released next year.
The firemen work out of DeKalb County Fire Station 5, located at 4013 Lawrenceville Highway in Tucker.
