County Workers Stop Massive Water Flow

The hydrant was struck by a car over the weekend, spewing "tens of thousands of gallons" on the road and leaving scores of local residents without water.

It has now been restored, according to DeKalb spokesman Burke Brennan, and workers are 'filling holes."
