Molly Darden
I'm a crusader, but not a superhero. A journalist for more than 31 years and internet activist for 4 years, my interests, reflected in my background, are many and varied.
They include combatting fear and injustice and monitoring online and broadcast media in favor of fair and balanced reporting. I'm also committed to promoting multicultural harmony -- including generational, gender, race, religion and politics. Multiculturally, I serve as Managing Editor for Azizah Magazine for Muslim women, and as Cultural Relations Leader for Dharma Jewel (Buddhist) Monastery. And I have fun too, with my family and friends. Nowadays, my most fun is in waterskiing, even learning barefoot skiing! And enjoying my role as cheerleader and secret-keeper for my five grandchildren. Also, social media, reading, music and laughing. Please join me on my journey through life, beginning now, in my 70th year.
