Waffle House CEO Accused of 'Pattern of Sexual Harassment'

The Waffle House CEO is currently facing accusations of sexual harassment in a civil suit.

The house manager of Waffle House CEO and Buckhead resident Joe Rogers Jr. has accused Rogers of 100 incidents of sexual harrassment during her time working for him. The former assistant said, in recently unsealed proceedings, that other women had been victims of Rogers' alleged "predatory sexual actions," according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. The assistant's attorney David Cohen said Rogers exhibited a "pattern of sexual harassment and abuse," which could be a huge factor in the assistant's case if it goes to trial. Rogers' attorneys are requesting information about the alleged additional victims. Read the full story at Buckhead Patch. See also: Waffle House has four Tucker locations.
