Scoutmob Has Tucker Deals

Six local businesses have deals featured on the popular website.

Scoutmob is all about good deals, and there are currently six Tucker businesses on their website. First up is the Paramount on Idlewood Road, the only independently owned coffee shop in town. "It isn't your typical busy, loud hub besieged by over-caffeinated people. In fact, it's pretty much the exact opposite: comfortable, quiet, almost like your own personal library," according to Scoutmob. Patch staffers use it quite frequently too. We're not allowed to tell you where this is happening just yet, but if you're interested in coming along, you'll need to send an email to get some more details. "The owners don't even know we're coming," producer Paul Moore told Patch. He said the purpose of the show, now in its third season, is to remodel rundown bars over the course of a few days and that it has become a big hit on the Spike TV channel. The Las Vegas Sun called it "reality TV at its best" and quoted host Jon Taffer: “It’s like building a whole new place, so the schedule is relentless. No stone is unturned in my mission to …
