A business in Tucker located within the Stone Mountain Community Improvement District (CID) - which has a goal of creating 2,000 new jobs in the area by the end of 2013 - is expanding and hiring six people. V.I.B. Systems Inc.'s growth plans at its Tucker plant were among the successes mentioned by Stone Mountain CID president Emory Morsberger during the district's first public meeting Wednesday to exchange ideas on attracting employers to the corridor. The company, located on 4661 Hammermill Road, builds process control equipment for the pulp and paper industry, explained Jack Audas, vice president and general manager.
