Jamie Raines is on the President's List.
Jamie Elizabeth Raines of Tucker, majoring in Marketing at Clemson University in South Carolina, has been named to the President's List for last semester. To be named to the President's List, a student must achieve a 4.0 grade-point average. Raines completed a Study Abroad program in Italy in the fall of 2011.

Graduates and undergrads from Tucker earn college accolades.
Mike Weaver received a bachelor of science degree in physics at the 189th commencement ceremony at Centre College held on May 20, 2012 in Danville, KY. Weaver is the son of Sandra Weaver of Tucker and Norman Weaver of Norcross. The following students, Camille Johnson and Christopher Long, have earned the distinction of Dean's List at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta for spring semester 2012. Jill Rahnert has earned a degree in Applied Physiology, also from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Rahnert was among approximately 2,500 undergraduate and graduate students who received degrees during Georgia Tech's 242nd commencement exercises. Congratulations to two more local college students.
Kaylee Fiorello of Tucker has completed courses with exemplary marks and made the President's List for 2012 spring semester from Georgia College & State University in Milledgeville, announced Interim President Stas Preczewski. This is her third time on the President's List. Kimberly Lougher of Tucker also has completed courses with exemplary marks and made the Dean's List for 2012 spring semester at Georgia College.
