Here are some strange activities that police encountered in Northeast Georgia recently. > Not kids play: A driver acted like he was going to donate to a youth basketball fund-raising effort in a Stone Mountain-area intersection. Instead of giving a couple of bucks to a 13-year-old team member, he snatched the donation bucket and drove away with about $100.
