Intruder with a mohawk, a facial tattoo and a crowbar made threats, stole electronics.
A man armed with a crowbar broke into an apartment in Tucker and threatened to kill a female resident if she alerted police, according to an incident report. The man is described as a black male in his late 20s to early 30s, 150 lbs, wearing dark clothing, sporting a mohawk and a tattoo in the middle of his face. The incident happened at the Northlake Manor Apartments in Woodbriar Circle on the morning of Sunday, Jan. 6 while the rest of the woman's family went to church. The woman told police she heard a loud noise and found that her front door had been pried open. She encountered a man with a crowbar who ordered her to lie on the floor and to not look at him. As a registered gun owner, I have to dis-agree that a baseball bat, pepper spray, or *plastic* bullets would be just as effective. Do people seriously believe this? What about the woman this past week who was hiding, as I recall, in an attic crawlspace in an upstairs bathroom. She unloaded her gun on the intruder, killing him.
