Updated: Tuesday, Nov 27, 5:52 p.m. GCPD Special Victims Unit has released a brief statement saying detectives located Stacey Parker in good health today. She has been returned to her family members. No further details are available at this time. Original article: Stacy Parker went missing Friday afternoon when she was last seen at the Venture Cinemas in Duluth. On Sunday, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported Parker was found safe. However, Cpl. Jake Smith of the Gwinnett County Police says the woman is still missing and the Mattie's Call is still in effect.
