Cop Cab Combats Drinking and Driving – Marietta Patch The Marietta Police Department has launched a new campaign called “Cop Cab” to curb drinking and driving. The Cop Cab campaign visually combines the efforts of DUI education and the inevitable end result of DUI enforcement. The vehicle spells out the cost of drinking and driving versus that of taking a taxi on its hood. On average, a DUI arrest not involving an accident can cost upwards of $7,600. Around the Region: Goth Teens Charged in Mill Fire, Woman Finds Burglar in Bedroom and Commercial Filmed in Gwinnett Subdivision

Mill Fire Allegedly Caused by Huffing Goth Teens – Douglasville Patch Jeromie Hand, 17 of Douglasville, and Adrian Bond, 18 of Shelbyville, TN, have been arrested and charged with arson and several other charges in connection with the burning of the General Western Cotton Mill on May 12, Douglas County Sheriff Phil Miller said in a press conference this afternoon. Terry Carringer, 18 of Hiram, and Christopher Roberts, 20 of Douglasville, will face the same charges, including interference with government property, criminal damage to property and burglary, as soon as they are arrested. The four kids, described as goth, were using aerosol cans to get high in the building and lit several fires which lead to the eventual destruction of the mill…
