The location might remind most people of a string of offices, but House of Locs is a nice little shop for naturalMore hair. Verna Barton started House of Locs in 2009 and says she is really enjoying Tucker. "Everybody is friendly and there are no problems," she says.

Barton's salon is small with just two chairs, but her appointment book is open for men, women and children. She even holds customer appreciation events. It's an all natural salon and therefore no hair products to buy. 

House of Locs is open six days a week, but an appointment is suggested. The door might be locked so Barton says to just ring the bell.
