Isadoro Reyes moved to Tucker from Oaxaca in southern Mexico. Two years ago, he opened a small restaurant and to vouchsafe the authenticity of his food, the sign on his window reads "Comida Oaxaquena," Spanish for "Food from Oaxaca."
