Sure love it here! -- Great place live it you want to be robbed raped or shot -- don't forge t to check out are pool -- today there are at least two rats and 5 yes f five dead cats flooting in the two inches of water. IF YOU DO MOVE HERE. Get ais P.O box because your mail will be stolen over and over again..

Seiously the POLICE told me to move I am 115 lb blond with a degree from Emory . thought it would be good since it was close to Emory. The--c op he said even if you have to break your lease -- RUN from this place.Get out now!!!

Please do you yourself a favor and run away from this property; specifically from condo number 3595 J. I moved in August 1, 2011. Prior to me moving in and during a visit to the condo; after the lease was signed; I noticed dead cockroaches and Rick Kurtzman; owner, informed me the cockroach issue was because of the upstairs neighbors moving out. The exterminator who came to treat the condo informed me he had been there several times because of the issue; Rick Kurtzman lied to me. I asked Rick Kurtzman about the safety of the neighborhood; Rick informed me there were no issues he was aware of. I was burglarized in the condo #3595 J on 9/30/11. A neighbor informed me a female who lived in the condo prior to me was actually burglarized twice in one week but Rick Kurtzman failed to disclose this information to me as he stated "it was irrelevant because they caught the kids." Needless to say I moved out on October 1, 2011 and Rick Kurtzman is refusing to provide me any monies paid to him even though he failed as the owner of the property to disclose pertinent information when asked of him. There are thugs in the neighborhood and pitbulls too but according to the HOA president and Rick Kurtzman; the Dekalb Dog Ordinance does not allow pitbulls on the property yet they remain. The property fence was recently broken which created an opportunity for drifters to enter the property; Rick nor the HOA repaired this even after I complained and emailed Rick pictures of the fence.
