This was my first time at this establishment, it was recommended by a coworker at phone company at Northlake. I was so impressed with the service. They took me to work and picked me up once the car was completed. When I got the car I noticed it had been wash, when I questioned them about it they said that all serviced cars are hand washed prior to pickup. What a great service. I will never go anywhere else. Thanks again MVP for the great service.

I have been driving by for years, but this time I decided to stop in and see what there prices were on service for my 2008 Volvo. What a surprise. They were so much chipper then the Dealer. And the place looks like the dealership, very professional. I scheduled my appointment for next week, and they are taking me to work. I would have never gotten that from the dealer.

MVP German Auto (Bill Barikos) has always goes the extra mile. I have been taking my car to them for years, ever since they were at North Lake Parkway. I recently had my alternator replaced in my 2002 M3, the quote was around 40% of the cost of getting it done at the dealership. They dropped me off at home and picked me up from home when the car was completed. They even called multiple suppliers to see who had the best price and could deliver it the fastest. And to top it off, they washed my car before I picked it up.

This shop does excellent work!! I wouldn't take my BMW any where else. If you'll smart, you'll go to this shop. Really!!! Where else do you get your car washed after each service, not even at the dealership.

This has got to be the best car repair experience I have ever had. These people are fabulous. They were hundreds of dollars cheaper than the dealer. I will never go back to Audi dealership. Will recommend to family and friends.

I have taken my cars to MVP several times to have repair work done. Each time, I was greeted with a very warm and friendly smile. These guys are awesome. Repairs were made in a very timely manner. I have never had to wait. I was taken care of the moment that I walked in. Their prices, as compared to the Volvo and BMW dealers that I normally take the cars to, are phenomenal! Each time that I have gone, I have saved hundreds of dollars. I went to MVP yesterday to have the bulb changed in my right headlight. The dealership wanted to charge me $150, "because of the difficulty in getting to it", as they said. Billy removed and changed my bulb in less than 5 minutes. I was in and out, that quick!......and I saved $150! MVP is a great place to get quality work done at a very reasonable price.

MVP German Auto Specialists are outstanding! They have always done a wonderful job when I bring my car in. Their customer service is great and the lounge they have set up for people who want/need to wait is very comfortable. Would I recommend MVP? Yes, I have recommended them to friends and family who have had nothing but great things to say about them as well.

I have been taking my car to Bill for more than 8 years. They have replaced the transmission in my 1994 Benz and take care of our family vehicles with the utmost care. The prices charged are comparable to that of the dealer and the services provided during and after are in line and at times better than those received at the dealership. The waiting room is comfortable and has a diverse selection of reading material. Complimentary coffee and water is always available, and the restrooms are always clean! I have recommended MVP to many of my family and friends. MVP has become more like a family. We will continue to use and recommend MVP.

I took my BMW 328i to the dealership for an alternator and they wanted to charge me thousands of dollars! So, I took my car to Bill and Billy at MVP. They rechecked everything and my estimate was half the price of what the dealership wanted to charge me. They have been working on BMW's for over 20 years and they are extremely knowledgeable. Mr. Billy even gave me a discounted wash and vacuum for my car while I had it there. Not only did I save boatloads of money, but my car is running great and now looks beautiful. I will be using them in the future.

I had the same experience as Becky. I dropped off my car for 2 weeks and when I picked it back up, the work was not done properly, parts were missing and broken and I left with a check engine light I did not come in with. They are now refusing to re-pay me for the parts they broke while in service.

Beware. I had my Benz repaired for half of what these guys quoted me. They were even more pricey than the dealership. I think they use a dartboard to determine the cost of repairs.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It's hard to find a mechanic/specialist to trust and after this experience it will be even harder. I went in with one problem and came out with four! When I went back he simply said that was just life.
