I've been going to the Autozone for years until today. The customer service has been getting worse over the years and this location finally lost my business over a quart of oil. They would not allow me to exchange a quart of oil that was the wrong weight because the cashier rang up all the oil using only one quart. Pretty dumb to make an issue over $5, but they did.
I recommend the O'Reilly down the street. While the store is not as nice, the staff is very friendly and much more knowledgeable.
