“First and foremost, I’d like to thank SPADD and WOW In-Sync for this opportunity. It was an honor to be recognized with this award. At the SPADD conference, I learned that there are many people providing exceptional direct support within our communities. It has been exciting to return to WOW and share ideas of social capital and innovation. My co-workers and I are proud to continue working on behalf of the individuals we support and their futures.“

All of us at WOW In-Sync are pleased to recognize Davon’s contributions and congratulate him for receiving such a prestigious award! It couldn’t have gone to anyone more deserving!
