Weekender: Health Run, Cruise-in, Hop In Your Socks
Five things going on around town this weekend.
Tucker Middle School's Health Fair and 5K/Run/Walk is on Saturday, Sept. 14 at 7 a.m. until 1 p.m. The race starts at 8 a.m. at 2138 Idlewood Road. Adults $30 (kids free with paid adult) Register here
The last Cruise-In of the year is this Saturday, Sept. 14, 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Main Street.
A fundraiser in the form of a rummage sale will take place at St. Mark Lutheran Church, 2110 Brockett Road, Tucker. "All proceeds go to various mission projects like Southeastern Guide Dogs, Hope Seeds, Atlanta Union Mission, etc." Saturday, Sept. 14, 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.
Hop-in-Your-Socks and stroll down to the lodge for a fun-raising event... Saturday, Sept. 14, 4 p.m. 1775 Montreal Rd, Tucker.
The Spiritual Living Center of Atlanta, 1730 Northeast Expressway, is hosting a "rare, sacred, nondenominational, dogma-free and very powerful transmission of Divine energies." Sunday, Sept. 15, 5:30 p.m.
