Open House Saturday at Tucker Art Studio

Give yourself the gift of sacred art time and creativity with a workshop dedicated to awakening a new sense of play using the creative process and mindfulness awareness. Play can be a powerful tool of exploration and learning. No previous art experience is necessary. This is an open group.

The workshop is Saturday, Jan. 18 from 3 until 5:30 p.m. 

Objectives: To explore personal and collective themes as it pertains to each individual and the group as a whole. The group process will be present-centered and support each individual's personal expression.

Goals: Each member is invited to utilize the guided meditation on the presented theme of play and creativity as it pertains to their personal experience to find relaxation and vision for their artmaking experience. Each individual artist will participate in the creative process by making their own art and supportive and nurturing feedback to and from other group members.

Fee: $25 This is a low fee special to kick off the new Fusionart Studio workshops - get it while supplies last! The session lasts 2.5 hours and supplies are included. Potluck gathering/sacred drum circle/fire pit/flow jam follows after event at 6 pm. Please bring your own flow toys, instruments, and dancing shoes!
