The DeKalb Board of Education will hold a Community Input Session for public comment on Monday, Jan. 6, at 5:45 p.m., 1701 Mountain Industrial Boulevard, Stone Mountain.
State Representative Karla Drenner and DeKalb County Commissioner Kathie Gannon will host an Affordable Care Act Enrollment Event on Tuesday, Jan 7, from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Robert Shaw Elementary School, 385 Glendale Road, Scottdale.
The Moon Shadow Tavern has something new for 2014: Open Mic Night on Wednesdays, with music starting at 8 p.m., and they're offering appetizers for $5 from 6 to 10 p.m.
Snow Mountain continues at Stone Mountain Park until Feb. 17.
