The next in a series of public meetings for the Lakeside City Alliance is Monday, Sept. 16 at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 3773 Chamblee Tucker Road, at 7 p.m.
Local No. 7 is hosting a "Spirit Night" to raise funds for St. Andrews Youth Missions. Last year this sponsor helped St. Andrews towards their goal of raising $10,000 to send the church youth to Honduras. Tuesday, Sept. 17, 5:30 p.m.
The Development Group of DeKalb County is hosting a series of events to showcase the county’s economic development activities and share the improved permitting process and link contractors and employers with the county’s candidacy data base. 8:30 – 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18 at 774 Jordan Lane, Building #4, Decatur.
You can now register for 2013 Fall Youth Basketball. "No skills, some skills or a superstar doesn’t matter; our recreation league is for everyone." The season begins Oct. 28.
