Nominate a "Tucker Citizen of the Year"

The Tucker Civic Association is soliciting candidates for the "Tucker Citizen of the Year Award" and will present the honoree at its membership meeting on Sept. 20.

The winner does not have to be a member of TCA, but must be someone who has contributed significantly to the progress and preservation of the Tucker/Smoke Rise community.

Anyone can submit a nomination by writing a short essay. Send your nomination by Friday, Sept. 9, and you can submit it as a letter, as a Word document or as an email. Each nomination should list the address and phone number of the nominee and the phone number of the person who submits the nomination.

TCA Vice President Ron Wilkinson will head a review committee which will decide the winner. Nominations can be mailed to CITIZEN OF THE YEAR, Tucker Civic Association, P.O.
