Tigers Kick Off Spring Carnival

Tucker High's football team is throwing a party on May 19.

The Tucker High School Football team is sponsoring a Spring Carnival. This carnival will kickoff the spring game that Tucker High School football team has every year in the spring.

There will be bounce houses for the kids, a silent auction, field events to include 40 yard dash, a shuttle run, obstacle course, agility competitions and many other events.

We will be sponsoring a free physical training workout for kids and parents who are interested. This training will be held by Coach Ernest Ross of "Fit 4 You Fitness".

There will be food and music for the general public. This event will take place on the football field starting at 10 a.m. All the defending 2011 AAAA State champions will be on hand to sign autographs and answer questions. We will introduce , Tucker's new head coach, and he will be available to talk to the community.

To culminate the festivities we will have a Alumni / Faculty / Seniors softball game. For any Tucker alumni interested in the softball game, please email Desmond Towns.

For any parents interested in signing children up for any of the field events, please send an email with your child's name and age to Desmond Towns. The participants ages can range from six to 13 years of age.

The schedule of events and start times will be posted on Tucker's website one week before the festival.
