DeKalb Schools Cross Country: First Competitions Today

Tucker is part of the first varsity competition starting at 5:15 p.m.

DeKalb County will host its first cross country competition of the season today, Tuesday, Aug. 30 at the Druid Hills Middle School course.

The first varsity competition starts at 5:15 p.m. featuring Arabia Mountain, Cedar Grove, Clarkston, Columbia, Cross Keys, Towers, Lithonia and Tucker.

Junior Varsity competition begins at 5:45 p.m. with the second varsity competition featuring Martin Luther King Jr., McNair, Miller Grove, Redan, Southwest DeKalb, Stephenson, Stone Mountain and Dunwoody scheduled for a 6 p.m. start.

Boys and girls are set to compete in all races.

Varsity teams will compete at Arabia Mountain on Tuesday, Sept. 6 beginning at 5:15 p.m.
