Maloof to Leave Dunwoody to Serve as Decatur High School Principal

Noel Maloof will be principal of Decatur High School in the fall. He is currently the principal at Dunwoody High School.

An educator with years of experience in DeKalb County Schools will become the principal at Decatur High School in the fall.

Noel Maloof will be the principal of Decatur High School starting in the 2014-2015 school year.

Maloof is currently the principal of Dunwoody High School, where he has been since 2012, according to the district website.

Prior to working at Dunwoody High School, Maloof was principal at Vanderlyn Elementary School, assistant principal at Dunwoody High School, assistant principal at DeKalb Alternative School and an English teacher at DeKalb Alternative School.

Maloof will be replacing Ms. McKain as she moves into her new role of director of secondary education.
