The Tucker Parent Council will hold its March meeting today, Monday, March 19 at 7 p.m. The meeting will be held at Smoke Rise Elementary School, 1991 Silver Hill Road, Stone Mountain, GA 30087.
Following a brief business meeting, our focus in March is on parent involvement and volunteerism in the schools. It's a known fact that a parent's involvement in their child's education not only helps their child succeed but helps the school to succeed as well.
Come learn how you can participate in your child's success by volunteering at their school, even if it's only for an hour a month. Your child wins, the school wins and the parent wins!

The Tucker Parent Council, formed in 2002, is a group of educators (both teachers and administrators) and parents who meet monthly to discuss the latest in educational policy, strategy and legislation. We are passionate about the education of our children and the success of our schools. All meetings are open to the public.
