Free Back To School Screenings & Vaccines

Parents MUST bring their children's immunization records to receive vaccines. Vaccines are available only to children not covered by private insurance (but Peachcare recipients are eligible for vaccines).

Medical records are not needed for screening, and privately insured children can receive free screenings.

Limited supply of vaccines are available & will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Parents will receive completed 3231 (immunization) and 3300 (vision, dental, and hearing) forms needed to enroll their children in Georgia public schools.
