Alumni News: More Tucker Students Honored
Another batch of local students who are doing well in various colleges.
The following is the latest list of Tucker students who are gaining recognition in their college careers, according to ReadMedia Newswire:
Michelle Kim Turgeon has been named to the Dean's List at Washington University in St. Louis.
Mercer University in Macon, Ga. honored these students: LaToya Stewart, a junior, was named to the President's List and Dean's List of the College of Continuing and Professional Studies.

Min Hyun Oh, a sophomore, was named to the President's List and Dean's List of the College of Liberal Arts, as was Parth Patel, a Senior.
Amy Sellers, a fourth-year student, was named to the Dean's List of the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, and Veronica Dalzon, a Senior, was named to the Dean's List of the Eugene W. Stetson School of Business and Economics. MacKenzie Dewitt, a third-year student, was named to the Dean's List of the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.

Georgia Southern University recently named the following students from Tucker for the 2012 fall semester Dean's List: Tyler Anderson, Jabari Moore, Lindsey Morse, and Brian Nicolatos.
GSU also recognized Phillip Osborne on the President's List for excellence in academics. He is majoring in Exercise Science.
The following area residents were named to the Dean's List for the fall 2012 semester at Grove City College in Pennsylvania: Emily Townsend, a freshman English major and a 2011 graduate of Killian Hill Christian School. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Timothy Townsend of Tucker. Her brother, Nathan Townsend, a senior Accounting major, was also named.
Ryan Rusiecki was named to the Merit List of Oxford College, the two-year liberal arts division of Emory University located in Oxford, Ga., for the 2012 fall semester.
The following received a degree from Emory University in Atlanta on Dec. 22, 2012.
James Jenkins received a Master of Business Administration from the Goizueta Business School of Emory University.
William Kaiser, Jennifer Daenzer, and Catherine Fernandez received Doctor of Philosophy degrees from the Laney Graduate School of Emory University.
Shan Mukhtar received a Master of Arts from the Laney Graduate School.
Cyril Lukianov was named to the dean's list for the fall 2012 semester at the University of Vermont in Burlington. Lukianov is a first-year Biochemistry major in the College of Arts & Sciences.
