Missing Tucker Woman 'May Want to Harm Herself'

Zandra Zook vanished Monday morning and her car was later found abandoned.

The daughter of a missing Tucker woman is expressing concern over her well-being and thinks she may want to harm herself.

Zandra Zoe Zook, 45, has not been seen since leaving her house early Monday in her white Corvette "in a disturbing manner," Rachel Haughey told Patch. The car was later found nearby at Wedgewood Trace, empty.

Haughey says her mother is in distress and has a number of medical issues. "She has threatened to harm herself. Her family is very, very concerned."

"We believe my mother is on foot now, or abducted, as we found her car down the street with no one it it," Haughey said. "We believe she can't be much outside the Tucker area if on foot."

Zook is accompanied by two small Dachshunds "that she will not leave alone," Haughey said.

The family is asking anyone with information to call police at 770-513-5100.
