Man Assaults Uncle During Drinking Bout
Two relatives get into a drunken brawl. One gets arrested.
An inebriated man was attacked by his nephew during an altercation on June 5 at a Mountain Industrial Boulevard address, according to police.
Jimme Peters told officers who responded to an Assault call at 1:25 a.m. that he had asked his nephew to go home after the two had been drinking but the latter refused to leave.
The nephew instead pushed Peters to the ground "and kicked him causing small cuts to his right leg," the incident report stated, which added that Peters had "a strong odor of alcohol coming from his person."
