Man Arrested in Double Shooting
One man died and a woman from Tucker was severely wounded.
Jamell Richmond, a Lilburn resident, was arrested and charged with murder after Tuesday's , in which one man died and a woman was critically wounded.
Police identified the deceased victim as 29-year-old Demarcus Collins, who lived at the house where the shooting took place, Cpl. Ed Ritter of the Gwinnett County Police Department said in a statement.
The surviving victim is Monica Tamez, 32, from Tucker. Hospitalized in critical condition Tuesday, Tamez is expected to survive, Ritter said.

Richmond, 40, was also charged with two counts of aggravated assault.
The investigation is continuing, Ritter said.
