Burglars Hit Main Street Cleaners

Suspects left empty-handed after Saturday's break-in.

Burglars broke into Main Street Cleaners in Tucker on Saturday but appear to have left with nothing.

Police responded to a call at 4:29 p.m. and found the drive-through window pane knocked out, according to an incident report.

Two cash register drawers had been opened but owner Bob Eckhart said the small amount of change in them "did not appear to be missing," nor was anything else taken from the premises.

The suspects unlocked the front door from the inside and also de-activated the alarm, police said.
