911 Operators Needed in Tucker

A total of 20 slots must be filled.

The DeKalb County 911 Communications Department in Tucker is seeking applicants to fill its open 911 Operator positions. 

Applications will be accepted during a three-day period that begins Monday, Aug. 26 and closes Wednesday, Aug. 28. Individuals who are interested must submit and complete the online application.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age

  • U.S. Citizen

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Applicants must also successfully pass a computer skills test (keyboarding, data entry and prioritization), pass a background investigation and complete a physical.
