Health insurance open enrollment on the Georgia federal marketplace commenced on October 1,  Individuals responsible for their health insurance will find that exclusive of a subsidy, the premiums on 2014 plans may be less than affordable. The time to consider your options is prior to 2014 and if you have questions visit www.insphereis.com/bob.smith.
