Fourth Annual "Taste of Tucker'

Saturday, Oct. 19, 1-6 p.m.  You can sample fare from two dozen local restaurants ranging from BBQ and Southern comfort food to Italian, Greek, Hispanic, Japanese and Thai, plus pizza and sweet desserts.  Music by Five Star Iris, Midnight Revival, Buck O’ Five and Business Casual on the main stage.  Secondary stage with open-mic karaoke.  Kidz Zone with inflatables.  The Tucker Farmers Market features fresh produce, specialty food items, jewelry and art from local farmers and artisans.  Come enjoy a small town street festival.  All proceeds benefit NETworks, a coalition of 17 local churches which provides emergency food and financial assistance to low-income neighbors in the Northlake-Embry Hills-Tucker area.  Festival-goers are encouraged to bring donations of pop-top and microwaveable food.
