Obituary: Taivon Seegers, Student at Tucker Middle School
The seventh grader suffered from a seizure disorder.
Taivon Seegers, known to his friends as "Turtle," died on Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2013 at the age of 12 after collapsing at his home.
Sources at Tucker Middle School, where Tavion was a seventh grader, said he had suffered a seizure at a school dance a few days before his death and had been treated at a local hospital. After returning home, he took a shower and had another seizure, and died as a result of drowning.
Services are entrusted to Gregory B. Levett & Sons Funeral Home at 351 N. Clarendon Avenue in Scottdale.
