The space seems to be forgotten about. The real estate sign out front is faded so badly that you can hardly make out the phone number. Do you think the Broker has given up hope on it? It would appear so!

As of now, the property has served as a great place to walk dogs, for kids to ride their bikes and even a great place for driving lessons for teenagers. Maybe a park is in order?

How about an outdoor amphitheater? A stadium?
"Live/Work" space is a popular trend in commercial real estate in other markets. This concept gets my vote. I have clients asking for properties like this all of the time but we don't have anything like that in this area of town. (retail / office space on the ground level with condos above.)
