Tucker's Boy Scouts Selling Christmas Trees
BSA Troop 129 has a new location this year for selling trees and wreaths.
By Victoria Taylor, Christmas Tree Lot Chair
Tucker’s Boy Scouts of America Troop 129 is continuing its long-standing tradition of bringing you the freshest Frasier Fir Christmas trees. These trees are hand-picked by the Scouts and are cut just before selling.
They also offer hand-made wreaths in sizes 10”, 12”, 18”, 24”, & 36”. The Scouts use the profits from these sales for summer camp, high adventure trips, and community service. Come visit our Christmas Tree Lot at our new location at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church at 4882 LaVista Road, Tucker, beginning Friday, Nov. 29, and continuing throughout the holiday season.
Hours are: Weekdays 5 p.m. -9 p.m. Saturdays 9 a.m. -9 p.m. Sundays Noon-8 p.m. You’ll receive a discount of 10% on trees if you bring in canned goods for the community food pantry. Your support is appreciated.
