HOI Announces 11th Annual Golf Tournament

Local non-profit is raising funds for mission work in Honduras and Nicaragua.

HOI, the Tucker-based mission program that has operated schools, clinics and volunteer work groups in rural Honduran villages for nearly 25 years, has announced its 11th annual golf tournament will be held on Monday, Sept. 9, at Summit Chase Country Club.

Jerry Eickhoff, CEO of HOI, said, β€œWe are excited and looking forward to another successful golf tournament event this year. Last year we had nearly 100 participants and raised more than $30,000 for Honduras ministries. We hope to improve on those numbers as we continue to grow our outreach.”

Beginning in late summer, HOI will expand its outreach by sending mission teams to Northern Nicaragua.
