Yes, You Can!

"Yes, You Can" lose that weight, that you so need to lose...you just need MOTIVATION!

It's a new year and with it come resolutions that most people just cannot stick to. Exercise is one of those, as well as diet, and eating better so that you feel better.

I have found that one of my responsibilities, as a personal trainer, is to motivate my students to Set your Goals and Keep your Goals. Easier said than done... However, exercise helps keep your stress levels down. I always use music to motivate myself, as well and I joining my classes, in the water, to make them feel more comfortable and more at ease. I can also watch the movements they make and correct them. I offer nutrition advice', as I continue to study and educate myself for you.

So, believe in yourself and don't let others try to tell you what to do, keep it personal. You can find that Exercise class that makes you feel "new" and above all the Instructor that takes the time to work with you I am taking a break from teaching; however, I may return in the Spring/Summer. I've even looked into having some outdoor classes in other venues...

Use the POWER of SOCIAL-NETWORKING! Join Groups on Facebook and Twitter and Google. I am on FB as Gail Levenstiem(Send me a friend request) and on Twitter as arieltweets2 and several email addresses. ising743@aol.com is the main one.

The best of luck to you and please know that I am always available to assist you, even on a "one-to-one" basis."Namaste" (I always end my classes with this) and remember this "You are Beautiful" in your own way!

Stay tuned...
