Overwintering Your Garden

Living in the good ol’ Peach State means that we have a variety of options when it comes to your garden in the wintertime. It’s true, you can grow year-round, but it takes a little bit of planning and preparation. You can also decide to give yourself a break over the winter but take steps to make your soil that much more fertile when spring rolls around. Whether you’re considering cold frames and row covers or want to put your garden to bed or plant a winter cover crop, this course will help you be a great garden steward even when the temperatures drop.
