45 South welcomes CHRIS KOHNE!  Chris plays and sings a variety  folk

and acoustic rock music.   Relax and unwind from the week listening to

great tunes and sipping your favorite coffeehouse beverage.  Or try a glass of house wine or a bottle of craft beer. 

Our kitchen is now serving dinner from 6p-9p...great burgers, sandwiches and salads.
