Fundraising Dinner for Lakeside student, Jason Tyler

Jason Tyler had a stroke two years ago that left him in a coma for seven weeks and hospitalized for three months. Now 16 years old, he attends Lakeside High School and sings in his church choir. He remains in a wheel chair and partially blind from the stroke.

Our goal is to buy Jason in-home physical therapy equipment to provide more frequent therapy to get him back on his feet. So far we have raised $9,000 of the $14,000 equipment cost.

To raise funds we are hosting a to-go spaghetti dinner on Sunday, December 8, 5:00-7:00.Order ahead (until Dec. 5); Adult order: $10, Child order: $5. For more information and to place your order visit https://misstwiggley.wufoo.com/forms/rzg2duc0aq11cq/.
Many thanks for donations from the Oak Grove Meat Market, The Italian Oven, Napoleons, and Athens Pizza.

If you prefer to simply make a donation to The Jason Tyler Fund (instead of or in addition to a dinner) please visit http://www.gofundme.com/4hmor4.

Thanks for your support!
