Old Testament Exploration - Family Style

Worship Explorers at St. Andrews expands this summer to be an all-congregational event with emphasis on the Old Testament stories and characters familiar to many people from childhood.Summer worship begins at 10 a.m. with everyone assembled in the sanctuary.  During the Children's Sermon, everyone watches a video that tells an Old Testament story in a simple way.  After that children through fifth grade can follow the Worship Explorers leader to the classroom to have their lesson at their level with activities and arts and crafts.  The sermon that day will be about the same Old Testament story.All the children return to the service during the final hymn.The schedule for the weekly series is:June 16th - Adam and EveJune 23rd - NoahJune 30th - Baby MosesJuly 7t - ExodusJuly 14th - The Stone TabletsJuly 21st - DeborahJuly 28th - SamuelAugust 4th - EstherAugust 11th - Special Youth Sunday / no Worship ExplorersAugust 18th - DanielAugust 25th - JonahSeptember 1st - ExekielPlease join St. Andrews for this special summer series.
