Midvale Elementary is holding a fall festival on Saturday starting at 3 p.m. The festival features a petting zoo, balloon animals, henna tattoos, candy, bouncy castles, a hayride and cake walk. Plus, there's a 50/50 raffle and a chance to win a $100 Target gift card.
