Viewfinder: The End of an Era

Final installment of the Harry Potter series premiers in theaters today.

Close to 900 people attended the early morning premier of part two of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows at the Northlake Movie Tavern in Tucker on Friday. Eight of the tavern's theaters were packed full of fans wanting to see the eighth and final installment of the series.

Fans dressed as Harry Potter or Hermione Granger could be seen strolling around the tavern as they waited to enter their theater. Slytheran and Gryffindor students from the four houses at Hogwarts could be seen in line at the concession stand buying snacks before the 12:01 a.m. start.

There are no spoilers here. if you want to know what happens to Harry, Hermione and Ron you'll have to read the 759 page book by author JK Rowling or find the theater closest to you and watch two hours and ten minutes of emotional and entertaining film.
