First Christian Church Members Raise $3,500 for Habitat for Humanity
Also, the church's blood drive in April was a success.
Members of the First Christian Church of Atlanta in Tucker, located at 4532 LaVista Road, participated in a recent benefit for Habitat for Humanity, it posted on its Facebook page April 29:
The Stone Mountain walk for Habitat for Humanity was this past Saturday. Our church walkers raised approximately $3,500! Thanks to: Jacob, Jeanie, Chelsea, Shaun, and Diane. Way to go!
In another Facebook post, the church said 31 pints of blood had been collected during a blood drive in April.
