The Taste of Tucker proved once again that Tucker has its roots in a well-established community with fun family events! Not even a little rain could deter folks from coming out to Tucker’s thriving main street to enjoy local food and fellowship with neighbors.
The Tucker 2014 information booth drew a tremendous amount of interest from residents who were already supportive of retaining Tucker’s identity, and those who were excited to learn that Tucker is pursuing its own destiny.

The overwhelming consensus was a fierce commitment to preserve Tucker’s longstanding quality of life by formalizing its boundaries into a City. Seeing the maps of the proposed cities that would forever alter Tucker neighborhoods was eye-opening to many, and produced page after page of names and addresses of those supportive of the Tucker cityhood movement.
