New, locally-owned Sweet Dee's Bake Shop is coming to Main Street Tucker in a matter of days. Sweet Dee's will specialize in individual-sized desserts and creative celebrations. Offerings will include favorites such as cakes, cupcakes, cookies, brownies and ice cream.
Unique to Sweet Dee's Bake Shop is the DYOD (Design Your Own Dessert), a menu item that allows customers to choose from a variety of cake flavors, fillings, frostings and toppings, inviting patrons to flex their creative muscle to come up with their own dessert designs.
With a variety of offerings and a dedicated party room, Sweet Dee's Bake Shop will be a great location for children's parties, showers, club meetings or just a sweet treat any time of day. "I really want to create a place where friends and family can come together and share in the fun of food," says Sweet Dee's owner, Denise Dayoub, "and what's more fun than dessert?"
A Tucker area resident, Dayoub recently stepped out of the corporate world and is pursuing her dream of owning her own bakery and party place. Wanting to establish an innovative, neighborhood bakery, Main Street Tucker seemed like an ideal location for her bake shop. "I like the changes I have seen on Main Street," says Dayoub. "I am excited to be part of its revitalization."
