Failing Apartment Complex Sold to Developer

An Atlanta company will renovate Les Jardins in Embry Hills.

A run-down apartment complex in Embry Hills has been sold to a company that specializes in acquiring distressed residential properties.

Les Jardins, a 160-unit complex on Henderson Mill Road, has been sold to Atlanta-based RADCO for $9.37 million, the AJC reported Wednesday.

RADCO founder Norman Radow said the renovated complex will be known as Ashford Embry Hills and a former church at the entrance will become a clubhouse, leasing and amenity center.
